Shipping policy
At MA House, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you if needed.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote areas may take additional time. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across selected areas in Pakistan. COD orders must be confirmed by the customer via phone or message. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available). You can use this to track your shipment through the courier service.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, MA House is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
